We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Talent Management to join our team and help us further build and develop our talent management practices. In this role, you would have an opportunity to influence how we develop our culture and our people globally. 

As Senior Manager, Talent Management, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that our talent development practices are effective, consistent, and aligned with our business objectives. You will drive and facilitate the movement of employees to new career and development opportunities by designing and facilitating various global talent development initiatives. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition team, and senior leaders to identify talent gaps, assess talent, and develop fit-for-purpose solutions for our employees. You will also manage our talent review process and support our local HR colleagues in different talent management topics. 

As part of the global Organization and People development team in HR, you will report into Vice President, Organization and People Development and will ideally be based in our Headquarters in Espoo, Finland. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop talent management practices to identify talent in the organization, ensure a strong succession pipeline and talent development. 
  • Drive forward our internal mobility strategy, movement of employees to new career and development opportunities, and run global internal mobility programs. 
  • Work with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to ensure we have the talent pipeline and workforce agility needed to achieve our business objectives. 
  • Design and deliver training programs to support talent development. 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent to the organization and build internal talent pools 
  • Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of internal mobility programs and talent development initiatives 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent development and internal mobility 

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development or related field 
  • Proven experience designing and managing talent development programs 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Ability to create new concepts and approaches, while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and execute on initiatives 
  • Strong project management and change management skills 
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization 
  • Ability to confidently communicate and influence senior leaders 
  • Good coaching and facilitation skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making 
  • Proactive attitude and a passion for driving positive change in the organization
