What You’ll Be Doing

  • Finding, hiring, and onboarding extraordinary talents.
  • Proactively searching and finding candidates by using a variety of different methods such as job postings, personal networks, social media, and headhunting in a fast paced startup environment.
  • Sustaining a matchless company culture by bringing the right people together.
  • Working together with the executives to find the best possible talent acquisition strategies.
  • Following industry trends and updating our strategies and roadmap accordingly.
  • Advising business leaders regarding the interviews, selections, and offer negotiations.
  • Increasing the quality of candidate experience by finding process development opportunities based on feedback from the candidates.
  • Bringing ideas to and actively taking part in the employer branding efforts.
  • Managing all the operational aspects of recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding including documentation, updating personal files, etc.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably for technical / IT positions).
  • Passion for team building.
  • Ability to manage a high load of applications while keeping a professional attitude, especially towards candidates.
  • Motivation to increase your skills while learning from the best ones.
  • Strong social skills. We work with people. We need to understand their needs and expectations as no one can.
  • Crystal-clear communication skills. You have to perfectly articulate your ideas in the best possible way.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. We wouldn’t know what every new day will bring, right?
  • Ability to prioritize your tasks effectively.
  • Motivation to keep searching for candidates for long periods of time. Sometimes it’s not easy to find the right people.
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate with other departments when necessary.
  • Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak without any trouble in English.
  • Ownership attitude to take responsibility for the work you do. You won’t be a newcomer here, you’ll own your thing.
  • Ability to use MS Office softwares.
