Background & Purpose of the Job
The SHE Capabilities and Strategy Manager, North America has overall responsibility for managing Safety, Health and Environment improvement activities to achieve excellence at all manufacturing, non-manufacturing and newly acquired sites within the Cluster. These sites include all sourcing units, distribution centers, head offices, sales offices, R&D centers, and merchandizers. They will work with the North America SHE Director, the Global SHE teams and the Cluster Supply Chain leadership, to develop the Cluster SHE Strategy, the improvement plans and also, supports the deployment of Global SHE strategies in order to achieve sustainable SHE excellence by reducing injuries, illnesses and environmental incidents, as measured in the core KPIs. This role also has responsibility for leading several Community of Practices of SHE professionals and overseeing legal SHE compliance in the Cluster, as well as representing the Cluster in Global forums.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $110,700 to $166,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
