  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ yrs of industry experience, ideally with both consulting and product development
  • Agile Development, with specific Product Manager (or similar) experience preferred, should be confident in managing the backlog
  • Experience with Infrastructure Engineering and Operations.  
  • Technical understanding of premises security products (Lenel OnGuard preferred)
  • Project Management experience (PMP a plus)
  • Technical understanding of databases and analytical tools 
  • Good financial analysis skills
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle
  • Comfort working with technical & business teams
  • Experience with consulting process
  • Solid knowledge of trends (e.g. industry and technology), user demands and pain points
  • Sufficient tech depth to engage in problem solving with delivery team

Who You'll Work With

You’ll work in our Prague office as a part of our Location Infrastructure Product team. You will be part of a global team, working with colleagues from any of our 150+ locations around the world. The Location Infrastructure Product team is responsible for ensuring that the infrastructure our colleagues rely upon in our offices is effective, secure and easy to use regardless of their geographic location.


What You'll Do

You will be responsible for setting ambitious and clear product vision and strategy, and playing the UX and change management roles when needed. 

You will define product value, objectives and key results with a sharp focus on outcomes and impact, informing product investment decisions.  Additionally, you'll own the end-to-end product strategy and measure business value once in production, delivering required analysis.  You'll also manage assigned Product Associates, design, and technical talent to deliver analysis along the product life-cycle. 

You'll plan for and ensure customer-driven design, considering user pain points & usability test results, while using market & industry knowledge and you'll have regular direct interaction with the user community. You'll also be responsible for building backlog of product features, which includes writing user stories and acceptance criteria together with team.  You'll drive sprint and release plans together with triad, leading prioritization of the product queue and you will be accountable for approving each feature and provide feedback for the team, leading them through the McKinsey’s governance process.  Finally, you'll be responsible for managing vendor relationships and performance in support of the product vision.
