Drive maximum adoption of Oracle Health software and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high-value relationships with the client through the customer's renewal process. Work internally and externally to create strategic action plans to secure a high retention rate. Identify and address any obstacles, develop creative solutions, and remain flexible to find ways to retain the Oracle Health customer base.

Work with a diverse portfolio of clients to develop a long-term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to provide the client continues/replenishes/renews the contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining high client satisfaction by liaising with our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/upsell opportunities. Responsible for sharing information across the CSM team via defined methods.

Job duties are varied and complex, utilizing independent judgment. 5 to 7 years of professional experience. You have demonstrated experience in implementation or client-facing relationship experience—understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Industry experience is desired.

Fluency in English and German are mandatory for this role.
