Project Description
The purpose of the USAID Guinea Integrated Governance Activity (GIGA) is to strengthen the social contract between citizens and their local government structures through transparency and accountability relationships in the delivery of critical public goods and services to local communities. Position Description
RTI is seeking a Citizen Participation Advisor for the USAID-funded GIGA project. The Citizen Participation Advisor will be responsible for the project goals of increasing citizen participation in local development, allowing them do demand quality services. Extensive travel throughout Guinea over the life of the project may be required.
This position will be based in Conakry, Guinea and will report to the Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP). Position is contingent upon award and funding.
