Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Audit Analytics

In this role the incumbent will be responsible to lead a team with a diverse analytical skill-sets delivering across a broad range of analytics project in the audit, controls and risk management domain. The broad responsibilities of the role involve:

Responsibilities

  • Understand client expectations and design solutions that meet their analytics requirements
  • Responsible for managing client delivery of consulting engagements, including managing engagement economics, staffing, meeting client expectations on quality of outcomes
  • Identify analytics opportunities, work with client stakeholders to develop and pitch a point of view
  • Be responsible for talent acquisition, management and retention, including managing utilization, development and coaching needs of teams
  • Work across a broad set of stakeholders to define and deliver project specific outcomes in the area of audit and risk analytics which cuts across diverse skills such as data engineering, data analysis, modeling, visualization, establishing architecture, coordinating for info-security requirements etc.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications 

  • B.E./ Master's in computer science, Information systems, or Computer engineering, Systems Engineering with relevant experience and experience in Data Practice and Platforms 
  • Bachelors / Master's in data science, Data Engineering programs
  • Relevant years of experience in driving analytics engagements, preferably in internal or external audits, risk and compliance and/or internal controls

Preferred Qualification

  • Ability to build and manage teams in the data analytics space
  • Hands on consulting experience of having led and managed client delivery on data and analytics engagements
  • Experience in having developed and deployed audit/ risk analytics solutions
  • A good understanding of risk management, compliance, internal controls, internal audit concepts and how analytics can help further transformation of such risk functions
  • Understanding of analytics tools and technologies across a broad spectrum of solutions available in the market with hands on experience in delivering solutions on atleast a few such applications. Not limited to SQL, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBi, Spotfire, Qlik, ACL, Alteryx, AWS, GCP, Hadoop, Spark etc.
  • Good client management skills to build trust-based relationships (handling structured and unstructured conversations, ability to understand client’s cultural nuances and flexing Genpact content accordingly, manoeuvre between setting realistic client expectations – better than the competition – within internal Genpact constraints) 
  • Understanding of information security related aspects as it concerns deployment
  • Continuous learning and upskilling to stay relevant to market needs
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills 
  • Ability to create and craft specific solutions keeping in mind client requirements
  • Excellent presentation skills on dashboards and powerpoints 
  • Ability to work across a broad portfolio of clients across timezones and cross-cultural teams
  • Ability to work in a matrix reporting relationship and global environment, with strong enough communication skills to influence multiple internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of advanced analytics and concepts
