Create and enhance Market BMS policy and description;
Design, enhance and safeguard governance of Sales Process standards;
Create, maintain and release Sales process roles and authorizations;
Ensure governance of relevant process management system;
Ensure training and knowledge transfer in PL;
Lead domain specific roll out of Sales processes worldwide;
Ensure process reviews and benchmarking worldwide, follow up on identified improvements;
Plan project portfolio, including x-divisional projects;
Execute and release IT demands.
Requirements:
Collaborative and decision oriented (interacting with several internal stakeholders, prioritizing activities) across a variety of functions within PL.Liaison with Division & Corporate as required;
Strong process management skills in general;
ERP Market / Sales processes is a plus;
Leadership and communication skills (cross countries, influencing);
Substantial in-depth SAP SD background and experience;
Knowledge of IT-SD is a plus.
