DESCRIPTION

Responsible for assisting with stocking and receiving functions such as managing directs, transfers, deliveries, customer mail returns and the store's large projects such as jobins/jobouts and store events/remodels.

Summary Statement: The Sales Support Associate supports the sales floor by executing back of house operational functions. They contribute to the enhancement of the customer experience to improve sales performance and bottom-line profitability.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Executes tasks for daily store operations and support functions, such as:
  • Inbound merchandise / supply receiving
  • Outbound merchandise movement
  • Inventory control
  • Supports online sales activity via accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Supports merchandise price changes

Qualifications

  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivated and results-driven - "Win together" mentality
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
