What's the role about?

The key purpose of the role is to attract and hire the best talents. The role involves cooperating and consulting with business leaders and hiring managers on recruitment plans and processes. TA Specialist recruits talents to Hilti through various channels (sourcing, networking, job boards) in order to diversify and develop the talent pipeline.

What does the role involve?

  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (screening calls, interviews, assessments) by taking steps to ensure positive candidate experience;
  • Advise on and implement different sourcing strategies/ source candidates through different channels (e.g. social platforms/ media, job boards, professional networks, etc.);
  • Build a solid pipeline of talents for various functions in organization;
  • Determine selection criteria with Hiring Managers, design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System;
  • Lead Employer Branding initiatives (Social media, Job fairs, recruitment events, etc.);
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
  • Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and have a thorough understanding of their business and needs;

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field (Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business, etc.);
  • 3 years+ of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role;
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • Experience in direct sourcing would be a great asset;
  • Employer Branding experience would be valuable;
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/ social skills;
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations;
  • Proficiency in English (min. B2), fluent in Polish;
  • Fluent in MS Office package;
  • Strong desire to grow & develop skills specifically in TA area;
