Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited     ROLE   The Customer Sales Executive is responsible for taking reservation and providing customer service to callers from the various regions serviced the Customer Contact Centre.      DUTIES   Responsibilities include, include but are not limited to:     Handle phone sales, respond to booking requests and provide member servicing to Golden Circle (Shangri-La's Loyalty Program) Strive to conver every enquiry into a sale; provide prompt resolution to every customer need at first contact Maintain a high level of service standards to promote customer satisfaction and retention Be proficient in the various aspects of Customer Sales to achieve/exceed key performance metrics Actively promote to bookers the facilities and services of each hotel   REQUIREMENTS   Minimum 1 year experience in Call Centre operations or related field is preferred. Fresh graduates or those with physical diasabilities are welcome to apply Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Putonghua (and/or Cantonese) Good selling and listening skills; ability to multi-task Flexible with work schedule (may include weekends)         Please note the application process will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
