Position: Senior Technical Program Manager- Infrastructure

Location: Remote within United States

Zscaler is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager specializing in Infrastructure, Operations and Security to lead and manage key technical programs. As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful planning, execution and delivery of projects that enhance and optimize the organization’s infrastructure and operational efficiency. You will drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional stakeholders and proactively manage program management functions and communication.

The candidate should have a deep understanding and previous solid experience in infrastructure, cloud and security technology projects. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. 

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects related to Infrastructure and Operations. Manage portfolio and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and in alignment with business objectives and goals
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams. Track performance against agreed upon commitments, managing issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
  • Create project documentation, including executive level communications, dashboards, project plans and status reports. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Adept at building strong working relationships and quickly establishing credibility across an organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism

Qualifications/Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a strong focus on infrastructure, operations and security
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, zero trust architecture, cloud platforms, networking and security
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Jira
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$145,000—$155,000 USD
