  • Knowledge capture and collaboration — Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales enablement teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and practice leadership to understand their needs and challenges, and work with them to and address gaps. Ensure that curated knowledge is in line with Information Management standards, including lifecycle management
  • Thought leadership — Foster thought leadership by encouraging consultants to contribute to playbooks, discussion documents, whitepapers and research articles showcasing Consulting’s expertise. Support evangelization of thought leadership content
  • Technology — Evaluate and optimize KM tools with automation and potentially explore integration with new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). Collaborate with IT to optimize and integrate KM solutions with existing workflows

  • Someone who can look at a problem, source opinions and expertise, then think through a solution that might move the organization forward and win the support of stakeholders
  • Always concerned with maximizing quality, but also a realistic judge of when a v0.5 or ‘good enough, better than before’ answer represents the best option
  • A defender of the team and morale; someone who takes pride in our name being on the work

What Gartner Consulting will offer you?
