The Disputes & Investigations practice is seeking a Manager to help grow its Business Intelligence offering in the Middle East. The job entails managing Business Intelligence cases and carrying out detailed public-record and human source intelligence gathering across the Middle East and supporting business development efforts in matters such as:

  • Reputational Due Diligence reviews of executives and companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, senior level hires and the commencement of business dealings;
  • Financial and non-financial investigations, litigation and arbitration; and
  • Asset identification in relation to lawsuits and judgments.

Qualifications, Skills and Key attributes:

  • Work experience shows increasing responsibility in delivering professional services at consistently higher levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and assist with new business development
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing solutions to complex problems
  • Experienced in scoping out projects, developing work plans, strategy and budgets and delivering results
  • Excellent research and written and oral communications skills
  • Experienced in synthesizing information and developing reports
  • Ability to execute and manage multiple streams of work
  • Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform/oversee complex investigation and intelligence projects for clients across the Middle East and across a diverse range of industries
  • Excellent understanding of public record sources and databases
  • Ability to successfully manage subcontractors
  • An advanced knowledge and understanding of Middle East business, politics and current affairs
  • Proficiency in reading and writing Arabic is desirable.
