About the role

The HR Shared Services Specialist provides effective and timely support to employees, managers and HR. They deliver locally conditioned HR administration tasks for employees and managers in the country & the region.

Daily challenges

  • Maintains and keeps in good order personnel documentation and files, following labor legislation requirements
  • Labor contracts, job descriptions, CVs, educational and qualification certificates, and others
  • Any other documentation required as per procedures or law 
  • Data support to standardized HR processes
  • Administrative support to local benefit programs
  • Support to employee query resolution
  • Country-specific and legal mandatory HR activities enabling and facilitating workforce (work permits, mandatory reporting, diversity reports etc.)
  • Country administrative support to HR ad-hoc and local programs, admin support to HR Manager where needed (max. 10% of capacity)
  • Keeps track of annual leaves, requests, orders
  • Administers the process of hiring and terminations of employees and any changes in labor conditions 
  • Ensures that HR procedures/policies are strictly followed
  • Labor legislation is strictly adhered
  • Employees files are gathered against the file content
  • Customer Satisfaction & Employee Experience
  • All transactions properly documented in alignment with SOP for future reference & audits
  • Timely support to employee queries

eXperience and skills required

  • 2 years of professional experience 
  • 1 year of job-specific experience in HR Administration or HR Support
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of HR policies and procedures across HR functions
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of HR systems, applications and their integrated functionality and dependencies
  • Knowledge of third-party processes and timelines
  • Communication skills
  • English – Full Professional
  • German – Full Professional
