Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and paid marketing channels, with a proven track record of driving growth and enhancing online visibility. This role will be reporting to the Director, Global Digital Marketing and will play a key role in supporting global brand awareness campaigns and improving the digital presence of Altair. The role also provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with a global team that is open, entrepreneurial, passionate, and above all fun!

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
  • Manage all aspects of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns in Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Manage Google and LinkedIn advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing, and making daily adjustments as necessary.
  • Analyze website analytics and PPC campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.
  • Monitor and report on competitor strategies and market changes.
  • Manage budget optimization for paid advertising campaigns and ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Conduct A/B testing for campaign optimization and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and paid media, including search engine algorithms, marketing technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills derive key action items from the data. Experience working with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience working closely with creative and editorial/content teams to drive and scale campaign execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of website analytics and the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
