About the team:

Located within the Strategy & Operations unit, the Corporate Transformation Organization drives execution and transformation of the company’s strategy to build tomorrow’s SAP. The Customer Transformation Group (CTG) is a team located within this organization and devoted itself to the mission of helping customers succeed on their business transformation journey by sharing SAP´s own learning. Therefore, CTG leads the Transformation Business Network that connects companies across industries and countries to exchange on transformation approaches and best practices. The team also drives internal enablement sessions and creates most relevant transformation content through innovative communication formats.

What are we doing:

  • Organize transformational exchanges to share SAP’s transformation best practices and E2E know how (Approach, Techniques, Learnings, Decision Criteria) with customers and internally
  • Advise neutrally in transformational topics by acting as a strategic reference to customers and supporting them before, during and after the sales process 
  • Identify transformation stories, generate the content and create presentation materials like storyboards, speaker notes and videos
  • Generate various other communication material and creative design assets to support internal marketing and other areas within SAP
  • Organize transformation events and engage with other SAP areas to train other SAP employees to become transformation speakers
  • Monitor and measure key KPIs to keep track of our activities and create reports

What you’ll do:

Position title: Multimedia Design Internship @ Customer Transformation Group (CTG)

Work Area: Administration 

Location: Barcelona (hybrid office & remote) 

Expected start date: As soon as possible

In this role, you’ll get the chance to learn and showcase your expertise in creating digital content across different formats which includes:

  • Create innovative multimedia assets for internal and external use (engaging and interactive presentations, videos, visual designs, microsites, layouts, motion graphics) to visualize SAP’s transformation high level ideas for a best-in-class experience
  • Become our creative mind, that creates a unique experience based on expert knowledge about SAP's brand guidelines 
  • Work hand-in-hand with our content management, marketing experts and directors to realize a joint vision
  • Actively participate in creating, testing, and sharing new and better tools, methods and best practices for content creation

Who you are:

You are a student in communications, media, graphic design, UX/UI design, or motion graphic design. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Digital enthusiast

You have good knowledge of visual and graphic design, video editing, motion graphics. You are eager to create characters, environments and various digital assets. 

  • Problem-Solver 

Proven ability to turn complex concepts into simple, understandable, and well-designed visuals

Hard Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Figma / 3D Software (Blender or others) is a plus
  • Basic coding skills is a plus
  • Any new content creation tools or AI knowledge is a plus
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Structured and goal-oriented approach
  • Creative and innovative mindset with the willingness to keep learning every day and try something new
  • Flexibility and able to handle multitasking
  • Strong ability to prioritize and work independently
