You are responsible for

  • Successfully manage and monitor implementation projects of Diagnostic and Pathways Informatics (DPI) solutions in Thailand.
  • Identify and analyze customer expectations for each assigned project and act as the company's point of contact for the customer.
  • Serves as the project manager, leading the site implementation team to satisfactory deployment of the project solutions and business deliverables for Philips and the customer, so that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Providing and delivering clear project documentation in line with Philips project methodology
  • Provide timely communications and presentation/documentation to the customer and to the Philips management about project status.
  • Managing the customer acceptance process and assisting with the DPI revenue recognition process by providing tracking and feedback as required.
  • Ensures good and motivating working conditions for all project participants.
  • Closing and handing over the project to the Incident Support Services team so that regular maintenance operations can take place inside the agreed SLA.
  • Ensure that customers have sufficient information to enable them to deal with Philips in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Assisting in setting clear delivery expectations before Customer order signature (i.e., what exactly can the customer expect in the solution deployment, services, training, network support, application support, solution function, etc.) in close liaison with the DPI sales team.
  • Occasionally participate in the bidding and tendering processes as well as site survey.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of managing IT delivery projects.
  • Education in IT or Engineering (bachelor/master level)
  • Experience of working at operational level with good understanding of the overall picture.
  • Experience and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience of the workflow within Cardiology, Radiology epartment would be a benefit.
  • Experience of Hospital IT Projects, specifically RIS, PACS, VNA, Cardiology PACS, Digital Pathology and Imaging Software would be an advantage.
  • Clear driving license and flexibility to travel when needed
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written as well as the ability to present and communicate information, internally and externally.
  • Good at prioritizing and can value what is important in a complex environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Ability to identify key project decision maker and already to negotiating customer at management level.
  • Strong team-player as well as team -leader with high integrity and ability to inspire confidence and build trust within the project team and with the customers.
  • PRINCE2 / PMP or other certifications preferable.
  • ITIL v3 certification is desirable.
