Technical Service Manager Intestinal Health Poultry (Russia&CIS)

Overview

This position is expected to support Intestinal Health pillar growth by providing technical support to a customers (poultry producers). The candidate will be based in Russia and be responsible for Russia and CIS.

Responsibilities

  • Support the further development of Kemin’s IH feed additives and similar products (like disinfectants) in Russia and CIS area.
  • Lead Kemin expansion and sales growth in the market. Achieve consistent growth in technical support and by that increase sales and gross margin in accordance with annual sales budgets.
  • Establishing relationships with individuals at the all levels of the customers’ organization.
  • Establishing and maintains relationships with industry influencers and consultants.
  • Supporting establishing relationships on technical level.
  • Maintaining current relationships by providing different kind of technical support (on-farm, on-customer level).
  • Obtaining at least 15 meetings with customers each month.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Kemin customer database.
  • Prepare monthly report on month activities.
  • Coordinate product pricing by analyzing products potential and market behavior - to meet customer needs and objectives.
  • Be fully conversant with market size, potential and provide up to date knowledge and insight in animal nutrition and health.
  • Planning, organizing and supporting of the IH product development and the performance of tests, experiments and follow-up of the results at customer side.
  • Co-ordination and development of marketing and promotion (i.e. documentation, exhibitions) in accordance with the image and general policy of the company.
  • Gather market information, also concerning the competitors (programs, prices, products)
  • Introduce new products at a high technical level.
  • Help co-ordinate and participate in trade shows, trainings, webinars, conferences and seminars.

Qualifications

  • University degree in agriculture (veterinarian).
  • Minimum 3 years’ practical experience with technical and commercial activities.
  • Knowledge of the Poultry business in Russia.
  • Good communication and social skills.
  • Intermediate level of English .
  • Sense of responsibility.
