Communicate the needs of the customers and dealers efficiently and effectively to the proper channels to facilitate sales and satisfaction. 


MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:                                                                                               KEY MEASUREMENT:

·Process customer requests to facilitate commercial quote sales ·Achievement of regional and national sales goals
  • Work with internal teams (SIOP, Order Entry, Service Techs, Shipping, Outside Sales, Engineering, etc.) to process orders
·Comprehension of GSI order, quoting and configuration systems
  • Serve as conduit between dealers and support teams to solve dealer concerns and issues
·Customer satisfaction, dealer feedback
  • Coordinate post sales activities gathering information for customers from the appropriate internal team
·Customer satisfaction, credit analysis
  • Facilitate dealer purchase order process so that dealer requirements are in-line with manufacturing/distribution capabilities
·Ship complete on-time (SCOT) metric



  • Experience in Customer Service environment
  • Sales and technical experience a plus
  • Familiarity working directly with a dealer network



  • Extensive  knowledge of farm/catalog product lines
    • Commercial Storage
    • Storage Accessories
    • Conditioning (fans, heaters, tower dryers, modular dryers, etc.)
    • Material Handling systems (bucket elevator, en masse and belt conveyors, etc.)
  • GSI systems knowledge (Portal, SAP, Configurator, Cisco Phone Systems, etc.)
  • In-depth understanding of commercial quoting process and procedures
  • Resourcefulness & creativity
  • Basic transportation principles (truck load, LTL, and UPS shipping methods)
  • Problem solving specific to meeting customer needs
  • Ability to service all GSI customers effectively
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Knowledge of the Agricultural industry
  • Aptitiude to organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capability to work with GSI personnel, service providers, and dealers to provide solutions
  • Capacity to work cross-functionally with external personnel
