Responsibilities:

  • Retain and grow all client and customer relationships.
  • Research and evaluate staffing practices for various client groups to determine inconsistent processes and recommend and build a more consistent and streamlined approach to improve efficiencies, boost client satisfaction levels, drive a higher quality hire, and increase our top-talent.
  • Partner with other TA Leaders to oversee the Company’s Recruitment Marketing Strategy & Vendor Management.
  • Assess and design diversity and inclusion efforts to increase our ability to source and secure the best and most diverse talent to drive our company’s growth initiatives.
  • Leads and directs 6-8 TA Leaders & 40-65 Recruiters to support business units.
  • Participate in the development and establishment of department goals, objectives, and systems that directly impact HR strategy and overall business plans for the Company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required; Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in business with 5+ years in proactive people management
  • 3 years of retail work experience or exposure, esp. retail field sales, marketing or promotion experience
  • Previous experience with managing 4-10 direct reports; reporting directly to the VP or C-level executive
  • Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing for deadline
  • Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically

Position Summary

Ability to drive change and lead process improvements while developing longer-term growth strategies aligned with the Company’s mission will be required for ongoing success. Skill to drive effective CPH goals and maintain cost efficiencies while improving quality of hires is major priority. 

This position will be a member of the TA Leadership team, participating in the development of recruitment strategies, systems, tools, and processes to produce strong results with measurable scalability while building and overseeing budgeting, planning, and leadership growth management strategies for the company.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Client Development:

  • Retain and grow all client and customer relationships
  • Consult and provide guidance to senior leaders concerning full lifecycle recruitment, including strong partnerships with HR Business Partner to understand internal succession strategies to develop successful external recruitment strategies
  • Partner with Business Leaders to develop and implement division and company initiatives
  • Research and evaluate staffing practices for various client groups to determine inconsistent processes and recommend and build a more consistent and streamlined approach to improve efficiencies, boost client satisfaction levels, drive a higher quality hire, and increase our top-talent

Program Development:

  • Drive additional efficiencies, growth, and flawless execution of service delivery that improves performance and reduced average cycle time
  • Partner with other TA Leaders to oversee Company’s Recruitment Marketing Strategy & Vendor Management to optimize our Search Engine capabilities, redesign Company's career website, enhance our company image for both passive and active applicants and candidates
  • Assess and design diversity and inclusion efforts to increase our ability to source and secure the best and most diverse talent to drive our company’s growth initiatives

Leadership:

  • Leads and directs 6-8 TA Leaders & 40-65 Recruiters to support business units
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of an in-house & virtual team including but not limited to performance management, hiring, coaching, development, and requisition load balancing
  • Assures candidate management standards and protocols are being met or exceeded by team
  • Participate in the development and establishment of department goals, objectives, and systems that directly impact HR strategy and overall business plans for the Company
  • Partner directly and effectively with HR management and members of other cross-functional teams to drive appropriate HR recruiting initiatives for the company in a timely and professional manner.

Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports

May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

(Preferred) MBA Degree or equivalent experience 

Field of Study/Area of Experience: 

10+ years of experience in business with 5+ years in proactive people management

3 years of retail work experience or exposure, esp. retail field sales, marketing or promotion experience

Previous experience with managing 4-10 direct reports; reporting directly to VP or C-level executive

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
