The Workspace Monetization works to drive revenue growth by helping customers discover, adopt and embrace the power of Workspace. 

Overall Responsibilities: (Share 2-3 sentences about the POSITION)

Partner with Monetization Expansion Product and Engineering to design and launch expansion experiments, including upgrade frameworks, seat expansion motions, and transaction flows.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: (3+ bullets of the main responsibilities on the assignment)

• Provide UX Design direction, specifications, and requirements in partnership with the Product Manager and XFN team
• Work with engineers to detail out specifications and provide UX guidance throughout implementation

• Strong conceptual, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong creative and visual design skills
• Great at documenting patterns and components
• Expert with the design tools to produce high fidelity mocks and prototypes
• Experience collaborating with user researchers, content strategists, product managers, and engineers
• Experience building, documenting and evangelizing design systems
• Experience designing for web, Android, and iOS
• Experience designing simple solutions to complex problems for non-consumer users

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: (Skills that would be nice to have but are not essential in the role)

• Proficiency in design leadership and communication
