As Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role on our marketing team. Your mission will include designing, executing, and managing comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate high quality leads. Your blend of creativity, analytical prowess, project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment will be essential to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that align with our core business objectives.

Spearhead our marketing strategy, crafting and executing dynamic campaigns across digital, email, webinar, publisher, and social media channels to engage our audience and achieve our lead generation targets. Working in lockstep with cross-functional teams, you'll develop strategic plans that integrate seamlessly with our overall business goals, maintaining consistent messaging and brand identity. Your role will be critical in analyzing campaign data to enhance performance, optimize ROI, and efficiently allocate marketing budget. 

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Craft integrated marketing campaigns that creatively utilize digital, email, webinar, publisher, and social media channels. Your campaigns will align with overarching business goals, support cross-functional teams, and consistently deliver a compelling brand experience with measurable impact
  • Become our in-house webinar expert, strategically developing, promoting, and executing high-impact webinars that boost lead generation
  • Work closely with cross-function teams like sales, operations, product, and channel/partner, to create targeted campaigns that resonate with prospects and generate sales pipeline
  • Design and manage nurture campaigns that skillfully guide prospects through the sales cycle to deliver a steady stream of leads to sales
  • Experiment with new tactics, technology, and channels to drive cutting-edge campaigns.
  • Proactively drive sales enablement for campaigns and lead follow up to increase conversion down-funnel 
  • Analyze campaign metrics and provide insightful reports that demonstrate ROI. Use data-driven recommendations to continuously optimize campaigns and maximize marketing spend
  • Manage quarterly budget against relevant marketing programs

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation marketing experience, specifically integrated marketing program planning and execution
  • Proven ability to build and drive relationships with sales, operations, and product marketing
  • Baseline knowledge with marketing and sales automation tools (preferably On24, Marketo and Outreach)
  • Strong interest in the application of AI within marketing, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a desire to meet/exceed deadlines
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. 

As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards.
