In order to support the Digital Department, Airbus Germany is looking for a

Product Manager (d/f/m) for SAP Central Finance 

You will be part of a team developing financial solutions and belonging to the digital department. Your mission will be delivering the state of the art SAP Central Finance solutions aiming to support the Airbus finance transformation ambitions. You will be in charge as a kind of Senior Product Specialist/Expert. You will co-lead and participate in all aspects of SAP cFIN projects and enhancements (change requests), including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment and go-live support. You will bridge the gap between business and IT by effectively transforming business requirements into functional and technical solutions aligned with overall corporate goals.

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

• Design and implement complex data replication scenarios, leveraging SLT's capabilities for real-time data integration
• Build and manage SLT jobs for the initial load and ongoing replication of financial and controlling data.
• Develop SLT-based reporting solutions to provide insights into data replication processes and data quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within the Central Finance /SLT landscape
• Manage the product's complete lifecycle implementation to meet the Operational Excellence KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT specialists, finance specialists and other business stakeholders to ensure that the known products/ applications or services best serve the Airbus finance transformation ambition
• Support, follow-up and/ or drumbeat projects in order to ensure deliveries on time, on cost and on quality
• Coordinate the internal operations and the IT infrastructure teams, as well as the 3rd party suppliers

Desired skills and qualifications

• Master Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of experience focused specifically on SAP Central Finance/ SLT development, configuration, and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of SAP FI/CO data structures and table relationships
• Strong understanding of data replication principles
• Demonstrable experience in ABAP development for custom SLT transformations and data manipulation logic would be a plus
• Team player with a proactive "can-do" attitude and experience working on projects with international teams and stakeholders
• A passion for creatively solving problems and building new solutions 
• Excellent English communication skills, able to effectively debate ideas with both business and technical stakeholders
• French and/ or German would be a plus
