You will work in a team of UX/UI designers. But also will work in a large company where you will encounter different and diverse projects, requirements and tasks. You must like to help and get involved in any type of project, not just the ones you prefer. To help your team in more difficult moments.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILS:
You have a strong analytical mindset and empathy. Experience in sketching solutions, wireframes, prototypes and design up to pixel perfect. Not only for the happy path, but especially for the unhappy path use cases and iterations.
The ability to propose and design from scratch - two solutions for the same problem. Explaining the advantages and disadvantages for both.
The ability to clearly articulate your design decisions. And to be able to impose and demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of the solutions proposed to the business and stake holders.
The ability to understand technical implications in your work and decisions. And to be able to find not only ideal and perfect solutions, but also the best ones according to technical and business restrictions and requirements.
The ability to take ownership of design process and work as self-directed member of the development team. To manage, start, lead and finish an entire project alone.
You must like what you do and be passionate about design and what you do. A passion for understanding the latest trends, innovations, and best practices and applying these to your work, you enjoy sharing knowledge and exchanging feedback with other designers in your team.
If you will be selected for the short list of possible candidates, you must be willing to take a small test through a topic. To design and present it with arguments and decisions, advantages and disadvantages.
