Boeing Aviation Business Consulting is expanding our capabilities as part of the new Boeing Global Services. We are actively recruiting MBA candidates to join our team as interns for the 2018 summer break.
Our team of high-caliber aviation consultants leverage Boeing's unique Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) knowledge, vasttechnical and airline expertise to deliver strategy, operations and technical solutions to airlines, airports and maintenance provider Customers globally.
Special focus areas include:
Airline Operations (ground and flight)
Information Technology and Cyber Security
Maintenance, Engineering and Logistics
Optimized Maintenance Programs
As an MBA intern, you will team with industry-recognized experts to support short-term projects with research, analytics and solution generation. Activities may include but not be limited to:
Advise management on complex business problems
Identify issues, form hypotheses and use structured techniques to solve ambiguous problems
Support defined work streams and top level plans; complete assignments and determine course of action to desired results
Interview Customer employees, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders
Support internal / external team members (Boeing SMEs, Customer team members); conduct research, data collection and analysis
Develop and apply advanced principles, theories and concepts to Customer situations
Use tools, frameworks and data to formulate high-impact recommendations and implementation plans
Prepare and present recommendations to all levels inCustomer and internal organizations
Support leadership on special assignments

Bachelor's degree with 4 or more years or related work experience and currently enrolled in an MBA program.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Experience in the airline and/or aviation industry is required.
A minimum of three years of experience preparing and presenting executive level briefings is required.
A minimum of three years of experience communicating, collaborating and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders is required.
