Retail Leadership Development Program (RLD): The Retail Leadership Development Program (RLD) is a key pipeline program designed to set MBA hires on the path to category leadership. To accomplish this, RLD is designed as a three year program consisting of two job rotations, job function training, leadership development workshops, mentorship/career guidance, and a large network of peers and leaders. As part of the rotation process MBAs rotate through two different retail functions – vendor management, instock management, marketing management, category merchant management, or retail product management – in two distinct product categories. This breadth allows program participants the opportunity to gain an understanding of key roles within Amazon’s retail organization and build skills to become effective leaders capable of leading large, complex organizations. Full-time roles are available in the US (Seattle), Europe (UK, LUX, SP, FR, DE, IT), China, Mexico, and Japan. Must be currently enrolled in a 2-year fulltime MBA program or 3-year dual-degree fulltime MBA program at the time of application and graduated before start date. Must have 3 years of industry or military work experience prior to MBA.

Sr. Product Manager (PM): Senior Product Managers at Amazon invent new products and features on behalf of customers. PMs work cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution, develop business models and marketing plans, define and analyze success metrics, manage strategic projects, and own the product end to end. PMs ultimately become general managers responsible for running large business segments and organizations. Examples of organizations where PMs may work include: Kindle, North American Retail, Seller Services (including Marketplace, Amazon Payments, and Fulfillment by Amazon), Prime and Delivery Experience, and International Expansion. Full-time roles are available in the US (Seattle) and Japan. Must be currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent master’s level program at the time of application and graduated before start date. Must have 3 years of industry or military work experience prior to master’s Program.

Sr. Product Manager – Technical Products (PMT): The primary role of a Sr. Product Manager of Technical Products within Amazon is to assume end to end product ownership over one of our technical product offerings. PMTs are expected to dive deep into the technology both from a product and customer’s perspective, working with software engineers and business partners to define, build, launch and grow new technology-driven products and services. These products might be hardware offerings, software or technical services, and customers often include developers, IT departments or enterprise CIOs. Examples of organizations where PMTs may work include: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Supply Chain Optimization Technology, Ad Products, Consumer Marketing Management, Appstore and Alexa, and Kindle Device. Full-time roles are available in the US (Seattle) only. Must be currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent master’s level program at the time of application and graduated before start date. Must have 3 years of industry or military work experience prior to master’s Program.

Pathways Operations Leadership Development Program (Ops): Pathways is a three year, field-based leadership development program with progressively challenging assignments in our fulfillment centers and customer service sites. Pathways hires start as Area Managers (leading 50-100 hourly associates) and subsequently become Operations Managers, where they lead other Area Managers. Graduation from the program includes a promotion to a Sr. Operations Manager. Full-time roles are available in the US, Canada, EU (UK, FR, SP, DE, PL, CZ, IT, SK), Costa Rica, China, and Japan. Must be currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent master’s level program at the time of application and graduated before start date. Must have 3 years of industry or military work experience prior to master’s Program.

Sr. Program Manager (PGM): Sr. Program Managers work across the organization to find solutions to complex problems within operations, supply chain and logistics, and are given responsibility on their first day to own those business challenges and the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions. They drive efforts, both independently and as part of larger project teams, and have a significant impact on the customer experience and the business. Full-time roles are available in the US (Seattle) only. Must be currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent master’s level program at the time of application and graduated before start date. Must have 3 years of industry or military work experience prior to master’s Program.

Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP): FLDP is a three year leadership development program, with rotations in two business areas. Participants join Amazon as Senior Financial Analysts (SFAs) and are given significant responsibility from the start to drive both business and financial decisions. SFAs are expected to evaluate and quantify new business ideas, execute controllership and reporting for their businesses, and perform data-intensive analyses, all to drive meaningful change and improvement to the way we serve our customers. The full-time role is available in the US (Seattle and select fulfillment centers), EU (UK, LUX, SP, FR, DE, IT), China and Japan. Must be currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent master’s level program at the time of application and graduated before start date. Must have 3 years of industry or military work experience prior to master’s program. Must have eligibility for at least 11 months of OPT and/or a permanent US work authorization effective as of the program start date of June 25, 2018 or July 23, 2018.

CloudPath participants have an opportunity to rotate through Amazon’s Supply Chain & Procurement, Data Center, or Engineering organizations. They will be expected to drive efforts, both independently and as part of larger teams, that will have a significant impact on the customer experience and the business. These rotations are specifically designed to test and develop a participant’s leadership and analytics capabilities. Must be currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent master’s level program at the time of application and graduated before start date.
