As the Paralegal in the RBC Law Group, you will support the U.S. Litigation Team. You will act as a trusted advisor to manage all facets of litigation and discovery matters, as well as regulatory inquiries and employment matters. You will interact frequently with other members of the Law Group, other functional areas of RBC (e.g., Compliance, Finance, IT), the front office (e.g., RBC’s Investment Banking and Sales and Trading business units), and third-parties, including RBC’s external counsel, opposing parties, and regulators..

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $55,000-$80,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
