Facebook is seeking to grow its Media Partner Services team to work with media partners in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ). The Media Partnerships team manages strategic relationships with our key media partners and public figures across Entertainment, News and Sports for public content on Facebook. This role will work closely with the Strategic Partnership Managers (SPMs) in engaging with top strategic partners, as well as specializing in the Rights Manager (RM) product (e.g. identifying and driving opportunities for RM adoption across APAC, onboarding and training partners on RM). The role will have the opportunity to work directly and independently with relevant contacts in partner organizations in ANZ. In addition, this role will work closely with the SPM in developing market strategies, and identifying opportunities and target partners. Besides external partners, this role will also interface and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Partner Products Marketing, Partner Marketing, Media Operations and Partner Engineering teams. This is a full-time position based in Sydney/Singapore.
  • Co-manage top strategic partners together with SPMs
  • Conduct data and insights analysis for external partners and internal business needs
  • Monitor industry trends and co-own market strategies and goals with SPMs
  • Specialize in Rights Manager product – closely interacting with related global teams and be the key go-to person for the APAC team
  • drive adoption of RM across APAC
  • Support team projects and events.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management, operations and/or project management, ideally in a role which works with product development teams
  • Experience driving and managing rights management products is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data and drawing insights from data
  • Good understanding of the ANZ markets, from the internet/media perspective
  • Able to work both independently, and also as a team with relevant SPMs
  • Ability to multi-task, working on different projects and with different partners simultaneously
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team player both within the team and cross-functionally
