Sr. Manager, Talent Management

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Sr. Manager Talent Management to join our dynamic HR team. In this key role, you will report directly to the Director of Talent & Leadership Development and be responsible for driving the development, execution, and adoption of enterprise talent practices and learning & development solutions. This includes leading and developing the philosophy, execution, and adoption of all Talent Practices including Performance Management and overall Succession Management for the enterprise. It also involves overseeing Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules and Oracle Learning Cloud implementations, maintenance, and ensuring widespread adoption throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Practices Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for enterprise-level talent practices, aligning them with organizational goals and HR objectives.

Oracle Learning Cloud Implementation: Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Oracle Learning Cloud, ensuring its functionality meets the evolving needs of the organization.

Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Module Management: Oversee the development, configuration, and maintenance of Talent modules within our HR systems, ensuring they are optimized for efficient talent management.

Change Management: Drive the adoption of talent practices and Oracle solutions across the organization, providing training, guidance, and support to employees and stakeholders.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track the effectiveness of talent practices, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in talent management and HR technology, integrating relevant innovations into our practices.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Learning and Development, to ensure seamless integration of talent practices and Oracle solutions.

Compliance: Ensure that all talent practices and Oracle solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in the implementation and maintenance of talent management systems.

User Support: Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate communication between technical support and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent management, including experience with Oracle Learning Cloud or similar HR technology platforms.
  • Strong technical proficiency and experience in configuring and managing HR systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful implementation of talent management solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Change management expertise, with a focus on driving user adoption of new technologies and practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
