A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. About the Position

Hogarth is seeking a mid-level hybrid talent with design, animation and video editing skills. You will be working in a production studio supporting a client based in the United States with opportunities for exposure and growth in a large advertising network. You are a resourceful and creative with a modern aesthetic who is not afraid to push the envelope. You are solutions-oriented individual with a desire to collaborate within a larger team but not afraid to work independently. We are a fun, fast ego-free studio with a team of diverse talent driven to produce world class work.


  • Develop and Design a variety of assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Adapt creative assets within Brand Guidelines within tight deadlines
  • Editing a variety of projects including: social videos, case studies, pitch videos, web content, animatics, broadcast projects, adaptation work, etc.
  • Collaborating closely with creatives to develop existing assets/deliverables
  • Creating and modifying Art Cards and Photoshop files
  • Assist in the development efficient workflows
  • Collaborating with Producers, Project Managers, and Client teams on scheduling needs and understanding the timelines on projects
  • Experience with Figma or related programs is a plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of workflows & prep for audio, color, Flame, and After Effects sessions.
