Analyst – Assistant Manager – English – Hybrid Bucharest!

The scheduling of the working program is as follows: 24/7, with 1 hour break not included in the working hours. 

The working schedule may change under the terms provided by the Company Internal Regulations/ Collective Labor Agreement at Genpact Romania level. 

We are looking for someone with a good level of English, analytic mindset, and a passion for IT solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Own Service now and Operational reporting activities at account level.
  • Follow the upskilling roadmap (trainings, Genome smart cards, certifications etc.) required for this role in a responsible and reliable manner. 
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users by phone, in person and in writing.
  • Deliver data analysis and reports on demand from Account management or Client. 
  • Review and monitor trends and offer proactive insights and analytics. 
  • Help in development and testing the new proposed Solutions, tools and automations from Genpact / Client side.
  • Assist Account teams at script or automations implementations if requested.
  • Create presentations for Ops, leadership or client meetings on analyzed data and trends.
  • Raise proactive flags on trends that might impact operations or the client.
  • Transform and enhance the reports and reporting tools/ Dashboards used on the account. 
  • Support and participate in transformation projects for client.
  • Participates in process meetings if required, ensuring that the actions discussed are fulfilled. 
  • Can be required to deliver technical trainings for upskilling back-up resources on the tools in scope of this JD, at the request of the manager. 
  • List of responsibilities may be adjusted over time as new responsibility shifts from Client to Genpact and new scope is added. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and good time management skills. 
  • Self-motivated, must be proactive and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, end-users, and with external vendors. 
  • Problem solving attitude and client oriented. 
  • Ability to handle client Stakeholders and Specialists on one-on-one basis, via e-mails, chat, calls.
  • Strives to be the expert in all Cyber Defense related technical and operational topics from the Genpact CDO Team.
  • Customer centric – demonstrated ability to handle difficult interactions. 
  • Learning ability – demonstrated ability to learn new SOPs quickly. 
  • Ability to respond to and deal with a range of ad hoc queries/requests. 

Qualifications 

Minimum qualifications

  • Previous similar work experience in technology support operations, including troubleshooting and supporting computer applications and operating systems. 
  • Previous experience with reporting and the Service Now platform.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows OS and troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues tailored on the Cyber Defense environment.
  • Technical experience configuring and supporting networked workstations, laptops, printers, and related equipment. 

Server and networking experience is a plus.

  • Comfort with Technology – Demonstrated Ability to research solutions and prepare 

SOPs for new technical problems.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • High school graduate 
  • University graduation would be a plus.
  • Experience working in the Cyber defense environment (Security Analyst, Security Officer etc.)
  • Any certification related to Security Operations (SC-900, SC-200, ComptiaS+) would be a plus.
