Job Description & Summary

A career in our SAP Ariba practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sourcing, contracting, supplier enablement and digital supply chain. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP Ariba applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.

In our SAP Ariba team, you'll work with our clients to transform their enterprise processes by leveraging SAP Ariba to enhance their core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy.

We are seeking highly motivated, skilled individuals at multiple levels to join our SAP Ariba Consulting team. Working directly with clients, you will evaluate current business processes, identify areas that require improvement, and build practical action plans to improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have strong grip on SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts & Supplier Management
• Candidate must know how SAP Ariba Solutions work with ERP i.e., Integration with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform gap analysis, workarounds, and provide technical development specifications.
• Plan and execute cut-over activities, including knowledge transfer and Train-The-Trainer planning.
• Configure and implement SAP Ariba Solutions tailored to client needs.
• Design end-to-end sourcing and supplier solutions and present proposals to clients.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the SAP Ariba module.
• Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and project progress.
• Conduct solution walkthroughs and demonstrations to transfer product knowledge effectively.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree preferred; minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in consulting roles.
• Proven expertise in procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Mandatory SAP Ariba Certification(s) related to procurement modules.

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project.

Note: Certification in SAP Ariba Solutions and/or SAP Ariba Courses would be considered an asset. Only candidates with the mandatory SAP Ariba Certification(s) or courses will be considered.
