We’re looking for a Senior Database Administrator with proven ability on supporting critically important environments on RDBMS technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Team, our new colleague will be responsible to support at 360° database layer of several services on different technologies,
  • Participate into international projects and have a chance to influence current and future technology choices.
  • Take ownership of specific areas within the group

Required Skills:

  • Min 7+ years of experience in Oracle Database administration
  • Oracle 12c, 19c (RAC, ODG, RMAN, Exadata, performance & tuning) on both on-premises and in the Cloud (Azure).
  • Oracle Golden Gate
  • In-depth knowledge of the following languages is required:
  • PL/SQL or SQL
  • Shell scripting, Perl
  • A good knowledge of Linux/Unix Operative Systems and must be available to being oncall (approx. one week per month);
  • Upper intermediate level (B2) of written and spoken English is a must.
  • Strong persuading and influencing skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • The ability to liaise with different levels of staff within the organization.
  • Great teammate.
  • Self starter with the ability to plan and manage work according to priorities
  • Pragmatic approach
  • Willingness to share experience / knowledge.

  • Python
  • Rundeck
  • MSSQL 2014 – 2019 (database replica, OS Cluster)
  • Postgresql/EDB (pg_rman, BART, database replica, OS Clustering)MySQL (installation, administration, system replica, performance &tuning)
