The Opportunity

Rodan + Fields is seeking a highly motivated intern to support the creative department in the execution of day-to- day initiatives. This role will report to the Photography Manager. You will work closely with your team to support the execution of multiple initiatives. The right candidate must demonstrate accurate results with a strong attention to detail, be highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple priorities at a time.


  • Organize photography files - asset management 
  • Assist with sizing images for web/ecommerce, PR, and social media
  • Be point person for existing asset requests from all departments
  • Develop and maintain organizational system for vendor contracts
  • Maintain “rolodex” of vendors and services agreements
  • Coordinate photography invoicing 
  • Assist with production needs such as sourcing props, arranging catering, creating call-sheets for photo shoots
  • Assist in inspirational and competitive imagery research 
  • Assist with researching options for photographers, models, hair stylists, makeup artists, prop stylists, and wardrobe stylists. 
  • Research and source stock photography options 
  • Assist in arranging post-production and retouching needs 


  • Gaining a Bachelor’s degree in photography, art, design, or library science.
  • Sophomore level and above preferred
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior management teams
  • The ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment
  • Attention to details and excellent organization skills

Have the ability to work proficiently using the following programs:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom, InDesign, Acrobat/Reader
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience with file organization and asset management
  • Passionate about photography, beauty industry, fashion, design
  • Must be able to work well in extremely fast-paced environment with high volume of on-going projects and very fast turn-around
  • Have strong visual skills with careful attention to detail
