Join DAZN as a customer service agent to deliver a World class experience to all DAZN customers globally, working in a 24/7 environment in our Hyderabad office. You will be the first touchpoint for our users and will use your excellent customer service skills to enhance DAZN’s reputation as the number one live sport destination.

As a Payment Product Manager you will be:

  • Working closely with the, Payments Commercials team, Compliance and Legal teams, Marketing teams from all the regions, Engineering team, data experts, and Operations team in order to identify and prioritize all the requirements in your product area. You will be responsible to create and deliver innovative payment product and solutions.
  • You will lead the integration and maintenance of connected payment gateways and payment methods, with an excellent customer experience across the DAZN product suite and services, associated Payment features including but not limited to new methods, player payment user journey and UX, payment routing changes, subscription management, and other payments related features as per the market needs in each of the market that DAZN has presence in.
  • Responsible for research and resolution of customer chargebacks, detailed transaction research, analytical skills, and documentation of actions taken. Applies bank and card industry regulations and practices in resolving disputes. May also compile aggregate statistics on charge backs for use by the company in identifying patterns and improving overall customer service.
  • You will be part of the Payments team and Reporting to the SVP of Payment Product, who is responsible for the success of the DAZN payment infrastructure.
  • Implementing KPIs to measure the success of the payment products

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Requirements Gathering & Management
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
  • Prioritize requirements based on business value and product strategy
  • Convert high-level business requirements into actionable user stories and use cases.
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze the existing DAZN payment data to help with data driven decision making. Understand customer and business pain points (problem statement) and back it up with data..
  • Backlog Management
  • Own and prioritize the items within product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Keep the product documentation up-to-date with the latest changes by collaborating with all the stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries from stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between the development team, stakeholders, and any third parties.
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Track product performance post-release and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and support teams. Automation and Optimization
  • Owning all the features related to the Payments throughout its life cycle and working on a continuous plan of optimization of the same in order to increase the automation to the extent possible.
  • Optimizing the user experience and UX of all the features offered to increase the efficiency and effectiveness and best user experience of the payment solutions offered.
  • Monitoring and improving the KPIs including but not limited to payment success rates, recurrent payment cycles.
  • Identify and implement innovations on the payment market and bring the payment offering of DAZN to the next level of entertainment.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Understanding of ecommerce and the payments industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Around 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Understanding of ecommerce and the payments industry.
  • Interpersonal skills and multi-cultural diversity are essential
  • Experience in working on various Payment system is strongly desired.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence or similar.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Business level English (C1) 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong focus on quality and ambition to deliver quality response to Finance institutions
  • Teamwork and willingness to adapt to DAZN processes
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to work in an environment with daily changes
  • Ability to be self-motivated and quickly learn new procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work well with others, specifically with a team
  • Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends as required
