Ecolab is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join its industry leading Quick Service Restaurants team. In this position, you will partner with quick-service and limit-service restaurants to improve guest experience, lower operating costs, drive revenue growth and safeguard customer trust. You will provide solutions and expertise to help ensure food safety and brand consistency in local stores and across regional and global chains. You will achieve the sales and profit targets for the assigned accounts and new accounts.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain relationships with existing corporate accounts in order to achieve sales targets
  • Establish strong relationships with the existing corporate accounts and clearly identify key decision makers and decision influencers
  • Lead value-add sales strategies directed at large, multi-location corporate account targets in assigned markets and geography
  • Successfully renew all major contracts and coordinate value merchandising at corporate headquarters locations
  • Conduct annual business reviews or quarterly business reviews at a Corporate or Regional level for each of the aligned accounts
  • Effectively coordinate product application, on-site trial, new product launch, price adjustment, etc
  • Develop new business in order to achieve the budgeted new sales target
  • Look for more business opportunities from potential and current accounts to achieve annual sales and profit budget while retaining the existing corporate accounts
  • Understand all Ecolab solutions available and strive for Ecolab total solution across all of the customers restaurant locations for both current and prospect customers
  • Maintain contacts within industry groups and bodies to network and identify new opportunities and stay ahead of changes
  • Drive teamwork in order to deliver the value of Ecolab
  • Establish and maintain routine communications with regional and global CAMs that have alignments to same Global Corporate Accounts
  • Lead project teams consisting of account manager/ regional manager and cross divisional partners to sell and maintain corporate accounts
  • Comply with company’s policies in order to ensure high quality of sales and service
  • Strictly adhere to the Code of Conduct policy
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory and corporate standards
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the company’s new products, programs and equipment, and industry knowledge

Position Details:

  • Candidate must reside in: CITIES/AREA
  • Route territory will include: CITIES/AREA
  • Work week and shift: DETAILS (including weekend rotation, if applicable)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of sales management experience, interfacing with quick service and limited service restaurants or fast casual and convenience stores
  • Fluent in English
  • Availability for business travel at 10%
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (where applicable)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or above degree, major in food science, marketing, business administration will be preferred.
  • MBA is preferred
  • Food safety background
  • Experience in dealing with large national and multi-national accounts
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relations at a senior level within customer accounts
