The Department of Medicine and Division of Hematology and Oncology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center invite applications for tenure-track principal investigator positions at the assistant, associate or full professor level. Applicants should have an M.D., Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree and an exceptional record of achievements, and pursue innovative research with direct application to chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and lymphopoiesis in normal and malignant contexts. Candidates who are interested in tumor immunology, signaling pathways, or the development of novel experimental and computational approaches are particularly encouraged to apply.

New faculty members will be supported with generous start-up packages, excellent laboratory space, and a wide range of state-of-the-art core facilities providing services in genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, high throughput biology, bioinformatics, cell imaging, flow cytometry, and pathology. Successful candidates are expected to maintain a vigorous, independent, extramurally funded research program, contribute to the expansion of lymphoid leukemia research on campus, and contribute to the academic mission of the school. They will also be a part of a vibrant and expanding Herbert Irving comprehensive Cancer Center community. For further information, please visit:
