The Opportunity

As part of the Sales Effectiveness team, the Senior Manager, Strategic Content Solutions will play a key role in curating content and creating customized client-facing materials as well as responsible for responding to RFPs and client Due Diligence Questionnaires. The incumbent will contribute to strategic initiatives and work collaboratively with the sales team and partners across the Bank to drive effective and consistent client experiences and contribute to the financial success of the Global Business Payments Sales team.

Is this role right for you? 

Develop customized, client-facing materials for corporate, institutional, and multinational cash management opportunities across Scotiabank’s global footprint.

Create content partnering with Product Owners, ensuring material is captured and depicted clearly, concisely, and accurately, aligning with the overall business strategy.

Lead a team that collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from across the Bank for Due Diligence Questionnaires including oversight over the process by which information is collected, verified, and provided to clients while also protecting the information and interests of the Bank. 

Influence stakeholders and clients and participate in broader strategic initiatives within Global Business Payments Sales. 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if:

You have 7+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, Marketing, or Business Communications;

You have exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to create presentations, pitchbooks, and other sales tools; 

You have great proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;

You have a good understanding of Global Business Payments, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Canadian Business Banking; 

You are high-energy, intellectually curious, and meticulously detail-oriented, able to dig into the details while retaining sight of the big picture; 

You’re a team player, able to collaborate with colleagues, senior Executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and clients; 

You have high organizational and project management skills, being able to track, prioritize and drive multiple projects and requests.
