Work you’ll do
You’ll work with our teams to help our clients define, build and implement improvements to their HR processes and structures to optimize business results through the alignment of HR service delivery and strategy. Whether working with SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle or Workday, you’ll gain hands-on knowledge of how to successfully enable the workplace of the future.
Working collaboratively with diverse clients across the globe, we help organizations design, develop, and implement technology-based solutions to optimize their Human Resources practices. Our consultants effectively implement human resource information systems (HRIS) that enhance clients’ long-term productivity and profitability. • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in related field of study (such as business, management, human resources, engineering, computer science, or social sciences)
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2)
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel

During this 8-10 week long learning experience, you’ll gain first-hand insights into the technical skills, critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets needed to be effective as part of the Human Capital practice. You’ll work with a wide variety of talented leaders, learn how to tackle business issues and design strategies that are aligned with our clients’ objectives, and experience the day-to-day challenges and opportunities presented in this exciting, forward-facing career. Your tailored training program will start on day 1 and be supplemented with learning opportunities throughout the summer, whether on the job, virtual, or in the office on Fridays.
