Now we’re looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to bring your talent to Noventiq Philippines. You’ll be a part of our Global HR team.

Job overview:

This member is a part of our International HR team and play a significant role in shaping the talent attraction strategy as per the business need as well as be pivotal to the overall candidate experience. You will have the opportunity to own and develop best practices in recruitment, and employee branding.

As a true talent consultant to the business, you will influence global hiring managers through labor market expertise and best practices. You will handle the whole APAC including Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and Singapore markets. This will be an interesting opportunity for you to growth. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Work with Talent Acquisition Manager, Hiring Managers and Leadership team to develop requisition details (job description, ideal candidate profiles, screening questions, and post both internal and external job postings).
  • Effectively source and engage with talent through networking efforts to build talent pipelines and effectively fill open positions across APAC region (Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines).
  • Schedule interviews for candidates, onsite behavioral interviews, executing online talent profile assessments and scheduling candidate debrief with interview teams.
  • Advertise career opportunities through external job boards, team member referrals, targeted, social media, and networking platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Perform reference checks and request background investigations on applicants.
  • Proactively communicate with managers to provide analytical status update on recruiting initiatives.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, company open houses, and community networking events, as needed.
  • Manager Junior members and interns with a clear strategy and growth mindset
  • Assist in the internship program by participating in college career fairs, collaborating with relevant colleges, and following up with students to keep track of the status.

Profile requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT industry, a global, high-tech organization
  • English communication is compulsory
  • Experience using and managing LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tacking Systems (ATS)
  • Be well adaptable with changes, fast-pace environment and high responsible for your projects
  • Ability to source and build qualified pipeline of candidates
  • Ability to understand and articulate our business model and strategy
  • Ability to establish relationships both internally with management and employees and externally with candidates and vendors.
  • Analytical thinking
  • Understanding of up to date on latest recruiting trends and techniques
  • University degree or college diploma (Business Administration, HR, Engineering, Psychology) or related work experience
