Build and implement the digital IT strategy for BI and Digital experience in alignment with the global IT and business goals. Connect the various consumer engagement experiences (data capture opportunities) across the different channels and brands to enable meaningful consumer analytics (consumers' values, desires and habits) leading to value exchange between consumers and our brands
Business Solution Management
1. Demand/Delivery Management
Capture, understand and deliver RFC’s, small projects or work streams, as allocated by the superior, related to the Retail area. This includes supporting workshops with business and IT to reach a clear outcome, solution design and action steps.
Contribute to change management activities for the Group Function and CRM solutions through supporting stakeholders that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits. This also includes proper documentation, training, controls and metrics.
Support application releases for BI and local reporting solutions in cooperation with responsible Release/Demand Manager.
Support the respective business unit in defining test conditions for demands as part of functional design and ensure that the detailed functional design reflects and supports the business processes and follows GIT standards.
2. Service Management
Follow the SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards in alignment with the business
Execute and analyze day-to-day operations support, whilst constantly identifying improvement areas and actions and drive their implementation
Oversee 1st and 2nd level support as required to meet business demands and respective GIT targets. Act as the single point of contact for the appropriate business counterparts and ensure that application issues are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Work on operational excellence including creation and maintenance of standard operation procedures and user manuals for different systems.
Take care of housekeeping activities to avoid operational issue in a pro-active manner by monitoring techn. local interfaces.
Constantly identify improvement areas. Drive their implementation to ensure system simplification and sustainability for further growth.
Functional & Technical Expertise
Develop end-to-end understanding of Group functions and Marketing business processes and best practices in order to translate internal and external trends into deliverables for the Business. Provide technical expertise in the specific domain.
Build productive relationships with your peers within GIT and in the respective business area. Run regular update meetings with your superior and stakeholders.
