We are seeking a professional individual to join our team as a B2B Digital Marketing Manager - Retail Media d/f/m).

About the team:

As a Digital Marketing team we empower our private and commercial customers to joyfully trade on Kleinanzeigen across Web and App. We help our users along the customer lifecycle and journey through digital initiatives (Performance & Mobile Marketing, Onsite, CRM, SEO) to find or to sell the item or service of choice and promote their business by expanding their reach, enhancing visibility, and connecting with a diverse audience.

The role:

  • Take over ownership to define and drive the Digital Marketing strategy for professional users based on the overarching Retail Media strategy and together with the cross functional Retail Media Team scope and address new opportunities 
  • Lead, develop and implement successful Digital Marketing initiatives with the objective to drive relevant traffic to our site, increase user acquisition and improve key metrics (i.e. leads, subscriptions, registrations, feature usage, awareness of product updates…).
  • Measure, supervise and analyze the success of your Digital Marketing activities, including campaign results, data stories, and spend recommendations in close coordination with analytics and other collaborators and team members.
  • You are responsible for an efficient budget allocation and continuously optimize your campaigns by conducting A/B-tests for efficiency based on brand and performance metrics - hands-on and with external partners.
  • Think “full funnel” and evaluate your Digital Marketing campaigns taking not only performance metrics into consideration but also the customer journey
  • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and other marketing functions to ensure consistency and find the best way to convert traffic into leads.
  • Confident working in an agile environment and rapidly iterating on strategy based on findings.
  • Be pragmatic, agile and rapidly iterate on strategy based on findings.
  • Handle external agencies, including relationships, own project budgets, contracts and POs & collaborate with central marketing teams from Adevinta.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of practical experience in B2B performance marketing ideally within a B2B marketing landscape
  • Operational experience with Performance Marketing channels to generate new and retargeting existing customers (i.e. Paid Search, Display Marketing, Social Media, LinkedIn…) and a profound understanding of tracking and data analysis
  • Good experience in Performance/Media strategy and Media Planning: Proficiency in crafting strategic media plans and executing them effectively
  • Passion for metrics and quantitative/qualitative analysis, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, iterate and apply learnings to optimize future strategies
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions confidently based on data, experience, and strategic objectives, ensuring agility and responsiveness in campaign management
  • Experience working in a similar sized business and cross- functional environment 
  • Strong collaborators as well as project management skilled personality, familiar with agile working environments
  • Daring yet unpretentious with a “can do and hands-on attitude”
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German & English
