With the recent addition of Fido to our client roster we require a Copywriter to join our team based in Montreal to help lead digital and CRM campaign activity, support the creative strategy and develop great work. The role works closely with our sister agency TAXI for brand communications. The Copywriter works on innovative content for direct customer engagement programs for all regional activity, from concept through execution.


  • End-to-End Creative/Copy development for multiple client assignments.
  • Work with art director to create direct customer engagement programs
  • Ensure brand consistency (concepts, copy, tone) on all projects.
  • Present and sell work (concepts, copy, storyboards, etc.) internally and to clients.
  • Work with vendors and agency partners on all stages of production.
  • Additional concept/writing projects as required


  • 3 - 5 years digital and /or CRM agency experience, with a writing history and an understanding of how to develop on-brand, on-target solution
  • Fluency in French considered an asset
  • Excellent concepting, writing and presentation skills
  • Bilingual (Oral and Written) in both French and English
  • Experience writing digital content: emails, websites, social, digital banners and other digital content
  • Experience writing long copy, short copy, scripts, social posts and editorial.
  • Ability to listen and understand client feedback and feedback from internal partners
  • Ability to create and execute ideas in an efficient, organized way
  • Solid creative sense coupled with business acumen and customer focus.
  • Team player, self-starter, fast learner.
  • Acute understanding of branding and conceptual development for advertising.
  • Experience handling and juggling multiple assignments
  • A passion for marketing, concepting and writing
