GROWTH DIRECTOR – ECOMMERCE & DIGITAL – ROLE OVERVIEW

Join us in defining and executing cutting-edge paid media strategies and performance marketing tactics, all while spearheading new customer acquisition efforts. We're seeking a strategic leader with a keen eye for metrics and a passion for delivering measurable results. Your role will encompass managing successful channel strategies, conducting innovative tests, launching captivating evergreen and seasonal campaigns, and optimizing performance against clear goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Ignite the professional and personal development of team members, utilizing state-of-the-art systems for tracking service, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Proactively manage attendance, ensuring a dynamic and supportive workplace in line with company policies.
  • Foster a culture where all team members are well-versed in and aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Champion changes in staffing schedules and overtime requirements, harmonizing them with company guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing management and coaching those fuels both individual and team success.
  • Deliver timely one-to-one (1 to 1’s) and provide mid-year and year-end performance evaluations that nurture individual growth.

Individual Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Customer Experience, covering Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, and Branding/Digital Marketing.
  • Lead Ecommerce marketing, encompassing social media, search, affiliates, and influencers.
  • Oversee SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies to ensure optimal visibility.
  • Drive Customer Acquisition:
  • Innovatively acquire new customers through various digital marketing channels, such as social media, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing.
  • Analyze customer acquisition costs, optimizing strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for our eCommerce and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, aligning growth initiatives with overarching business goals.
  • Direct and manage internal and external partner teams to execute a dynamic customer acquisition strategy across Paid Media channels.
  • Effectively manage budgets for Ecommerce and Digital growth initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum return on investment.
  • Provide expertise on current Ecommerce industry best practices, influencing cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
  • Identify innovative opportunities in the ecommerce landscape, pushing beyond current organizational thinking.
  • Uphold and embody company policies and procedures.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Showcase outstanding analytical skills with a proven track record of interpreting test results and drawing insightful conclusions.
  • Demonstrate robust business judgment and decision-making skills, identifying and prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
  • Bring a wealth of experience as a seasoned professional in the digital retailing market, especially in the D2C space.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics.
