•Build, upgrade, and troubleshoot PC issues in a Windows 10/7 environment with Office365
•Install and support enterprise applications and office equipment including mobile devices
•Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues; networking; Windows Server 2012; datacenter; VMware
•Programming; scripting; PowerShell; SQL would be an asset
•Emerging skills: innovate; improve workflows; automate
Position Requirements •Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Systems; Computer Science or related field
•A self-starter that can work with minimal supervision
•High aptitude and willingness for learning new technologies
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Available to travel
