Mission of the Role: As part of our Centralized Payroll Team in Sofia, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for various European locations, ensuring the timely and smooth flow of the process

Key Objectives of this Role:

  • Collect, review and submit payroll data in a timely manner;
  • Process tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions etc.;
  • Ensure compliance with country specific payroll regulations and requirements;
  • Oversee maintenance and retention of payroll records;
  • Respond to employees' queries related to payroll;
  • Prepare month end and year end reports or other payroll tasks, as assigned.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes. At least 2 years of experience in payroll execution;
  • Knowledge in German payroll and related legislation is a strong advantage;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details;
  • Fluent English and French/German.
