We are looking for a competitive and independent individual to join our Professional Services team. The Professional Recruiter is accountable for achieving revenue targets focused on professional exempt placements in the following areas: finance & accounting, human resources, leadership, operations, sales & marketing, technology.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

  • Develop, manage and maintain core skill candidate pipeline as assigned by leadership
  • Create, post and market open orders
  • Leverage all available resources to source qualified candidates for open opportunities-
  • i.e. Internal Database, Job Boards, Social Networks, Candidate Pipeline, Referrals, Candidate Applications
  • Participate in local networking groups and select associations to promote brand awareness and attract new talent
  • Leverage social media to source, engage, and manage candidate responses
  • Check professional references
  • Complete client interview debrief with candidates
  • Generate leads and referrals

Sales:

  • Manage order intake with hiring manager
  • Facilitate interview process with hiring manager
  • Debrief with customer and facilitate offer with candidate
  • Partner w/ sales in new business development efforts
  • Manage ongoing client relationships
  • Participate in Client Business Reviews (CBR) with existing customers
  • Execute fee agreements with customer

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:

Bachelors

Experience:

4-7 years

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a Business concentration is required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience, preferably with exempt-level positions
  • Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external) at a professional and executive level
  • Possess a proven ability to qualify and effectively close sales deals
