Job role

As a Finance Solutions Project Manager, you will be part of the Finance Business Services Management team and responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic finance initiatives. This role involves collaborating with third party providers, cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, resources, deliverables, and driving process improvements to achieve financial transformation agenda.

What you will do

  • Manage the implementation of strategic finance initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and transformation agenda.
  • Collaborate with third party providers, cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other stakeholders, to ensure requirements are gathered, project scope is defined, and develop a comprehensive project plan.
  • Develop and manage project timeliness and resources to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
  • Monitor projects progress identify risks, issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and implementing best practices to optimize finance operations.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collect lessons learned, share them with the involved stakeholders to ensure an environment of continuous learning.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams and with third party providers, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in finance transformation to drive innovation and efficiency.

What you bring

  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in finance transformation, automation, and projects impact assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes, systems, and best practices. Deep domain expertise in PTP is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project risks and issues.
  • Ability to independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You have

  • 10+ years’ experience in finance transformation and automation.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different stakeholders on all hierarchical levels and build trusted relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Ability to learn fast, adapt, stay confidence and display a positive attitude. We offer a friendly, welcoming and highly collaborative work environment.
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills, combined with critical and strategic thinking.
