This role is part of the Digital Experience (DX) organization within Enterprise Technology. Our mission is to enable the digital employee in their day-to-day work through efficient delivery and integration of common and secure platforms, products and devices that provide them with an experience that supports responsible and efficient collaboration and Communication with partners.

What You Will Do

Product Management

  • Aligning the product management objectives with business objectives and authorizes the selection and planning of all product management activities.
  • Initiating the creation of new products and services. Identifies how developing new products or adapting existing products can create new opportunities.
  • Authorizing the structure of product portfolios and aligning the portfolio with strategies, objectives and emerging opportunities.
  • Leading the on-going monitoring and review of product portfolios for impact on current business activities and the strategic benefits to be realised. Implements portfolio governance arrangements and effective reporting.

Service Management

  • Aligning technology service management with organizational strategies, objectives and emerging opportunities. Promotes the opportunities technology offers the organization, including the feasibility of change and its likely impact.
  • Approving, preparing, planning and managing new or changed services.
  • Managing the performance of systems and services in terms of their contribution to business outcomes, financial costs and sustainability.
  • End-to-end management of services, whether delivered internally or sourced externally
  • Integrating internal and external services as well as delivery options leveraging multiple service delivery capabilities.
  • Developing and implementing continual service improvement plans to ensure the technology services adequately support changing needs.

Portfolio Management

  • Aligning investments with specific business strategies and objectives
  • Assessing cost, risk, inter-dependencies, and impact on existing business activities
  • Prioritizing resource utilization and changes to be implemented
  • Managing the service pipeline (proposed or in development), service catalogue (live or available for deployment) and retired services.

Demand Management

  • Collaborating with the business to prioritize demand to improve business value.
  • Developing and communicating insights into patterns of demand.
  • Proposing responses to meet both short-term and long-term demand and facilitating decision-making and planning.

Product Specific Responsibilities

  • Defining a formal scope and catalog of services for employee required software.
  • Developing governance and standards for managing enterprise employee software.
  • Leading the implementation of global software license management best practices including provisioning, deployment, removal and re-use.
  • Building and maintaining a roadmap in alignment with industry direction, which includes the evolution of on-premise and cloud software.
  • Providing strategic and directional oversight for the review and approval of employee based software partnering with Legal, Engineering, and Security teams to establish and maintain approved software standards.
  • Partnering with Sourcing and Legal teams to establish global software licensing agreements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Technology Product Management, IT Operations, or Technology Integrations in an enterprise environment
  • 5+ years using standard project management methodology
  • 5+ years successfully developing enterprise technology standards and roadmaps
  • Microsoft, Adobe, and other Enterprise Software license management

Education

  • BA/BS Degree in Information Technology related field, or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $142,200 to $190,600 per year and in Seattle, WA is $156,292 to $209,660 per year and in Burbank, CA is $149,240 to $200,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
